The Pingtanjiang High School Mystery

[Mystery + Reality-Bending + Mild Horror + No Romance]

Lin Shujing, a high school graduate, was thoroughly ordinary in personality and appearance. She was a little obsessive about studying, but otherwise there was nothing remarkable about her.

She had planned to study hard through senior year and then wait for freedom, but from the very first day, everything about her final year of high school seemed off.

The new physics teacher glanced at her, then suddenly clutched his chest as his heart condition acted up.

A psychiatric patient at the hospital for a follow-up appointment looked at her, had an episode, and chased her with a knife.

Lin Shujing looked at herself in the mirror. She might not have been a great beauty, but she wasn't hideous, universally disliked, or missing any limbs either.

Other people's final year of high school was either about youthful heartbreak or the passionate college entrance exam. How had hers turned into a horror story?

Later, things got even stranger.

People who had disappeared years ago suddenly showed up, and they kept appearing around her.

With the belief that it was better for a friend to die than for herself, Lin Shujing prayed to the heavens: Please, if someone really has to be the protagonist, why not make it the new logistics teacher?
