Bound to the Village Chief System, I Become a God in a Primitive Tribe

Lin Yao transmigrated after waking up, and, like the protagonists of other transmigration novels, she was bound to a System.

Only hers was a Village Chief Development System.

[Village Chief Development System] Each day, gain supplies equal to one hundred times the population, unlock benefits for the corresponding population count, and receive unexpected surprises.

Huh?

Was she already on the path to an official career?

Lin Yao thought it was pretty great. She could transmigrate and land a secure job right away. What a delight.

But when she walked out of the cave and saw towering trees everywhere, and even dinosaurs, Lin Yao was stunned.

Something was off.

Where had this System dropped her?

A prehistoric world? A primitive society?

It wanted her to be a village chief in prehistoric times?

What kind of joke was this? Were there even any people in this world?

As Lin Yao was puzzling over it, an enormous gorilla covered in black hair appeared in front of her.

What caught Lin Yao's attention was that the gorilla walked upright.

All right, she had her answer.

There were people in this prehistoric world, but they were primitive humans.

Primitive humans were still people. Maybe she could try developing them into the population of her own village.

But the primitive humans didn't seem very friendly toward her. Their eyes held only the greed of hunters eyeing prey, with none of the warmth of meeting a fellow human far from home.

Lin Yao: What do I do when my ancestors are way too enthusiastic? Asking online, and it's kind of urgent.

When the population reached ten, she taught them to make fire by drilling wood and to craft stone tools and pottery.

When the population reached one hundred, she taught them animal husbandry.

When the population reached several hundred, she taught them farming.

Note: This is a fictional world, not only a prehistoric mash-up of species, but also a place where many unexpected things appear.
