I'm a Teacher in Cyberpunk

An ordinary person who is familiar with the history of the earth and the methods of business travels to a cyberpunk world divided by ten multinational giants. He does not have any superpowers, his only weapons are ideas, organizational power and a deep understanding of capital. He disguised himself as a member of the capital group, instigated global giants to fight, seized power in the flames of war, and finally built a new world.
