The Classic of Monsters of Mountains and Seas

I have a volume called the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Its user can communicate with the power of divine beasts and draw upon the power of the Four Symbols. With a mere gesture, they can summon wind and rain. It contains both divine beasts and ferocious beasts. After being sealed for too long, the seal has weakened, and some monsters have already escaped. Whoever obtains this item is burdened with a heavenly mandate: reseal the monsters recorded in the Classic of Mountains and Seas. And so the story begins.
