Si Wuli, a latent supernatural being, joined the "Dragon Law Guard", the official extraordinary organization of the Longxia Republic, because his close relatives were killed by Kongyuan creatures, and formed the "Dragon Nine" team with eight partners of different origins and belonging to the six major systems.
