The Heavenly Canon of the Lost Clan

Li Jin, a boy from the Desolate Abyss, has a birthmark on his chest that lets him hear the paths of the stars and sense their falls. One night, a star beside the Horn constellation falls for no reason. A wandering cultivator named Gu Zhao comes looking for him and leads him out of his town. Along the way, Li Jin meets Bai Shijiu, a nine-tailed fox; Lingyin of the Ling Clan; and Chang Xi of the Moon. He discovers that he carries the bloodline of the Jiuli, the legacy of an ancestral shaman, and a seal placed by the Demon Ancestor, all bound up with the stars being devoured and the origins of three great tribulations. Across twenty-seven clans and six star systems, the paths of the stars will guide him as he seeks a truth that spans heaven and earth.
