Raising Dragon Beasts in a Flood-Ravaged World

A mysterious downpour blankets the entire world, and the floods it causes submerge most of the land.

In the new world after the flood,

city ruins stand beneath the deep sea like relics of a bygone age.

Stranger still, inexplicable marine creatures swim among them.

Humanity is forced to enter a new era in which civilization struggles to endure.

Zhong Jing wakes up to find that he has transmigrated.

The good news: He has bonded with a Dragon Beast Raising System.

The bad news: He is surrounded by seawater, his shelter is empty, and the waters below teem with dangerous creatures.

Luckily, the System comes through. By exploiting the daily supplies meant for raising his contracted creature, he gradually improves his own life.

His goal shifts from mere survival to finding other people and searching for land.

Many years later, Zhong Jing steps from the crown of a Dragon Beast bearing an island on its back onto the top of a sea-city wall.

"Don't be afraid. I'm just passing through, though I wouldn't mind if you treated me to something while I'm here."
