Apocalypse: Your Privileges No Longer Work

The apocalypse arrived, and the world began anew. Some people awakened supernatural abilities. Others awakened “privileges.” They said, “I'm a woman, so you should protect me.” Lin Bei slapped the supply list onto the table. “You don't have enough contribution points. Even the Jade Emperor would go hungry.” They said, “Zombies are living beings too. We should win them over with love.” Lin Bei dragged the corpse of a teammate who had been bitten to death in front of her. “Can your love bring him back to life?” They said, “My son may only be a dog, but he's more important than people.” Lin Bei pointed to the horde of corpses outside the base. “Funny, they're hungry too. They might want to call you Mom.” They said, “You weren't like this before. You used to be so kind.” Lin Bei wiped the blood from her blade. “I was kind before because I didn't have to risk my life. Now my life is precious, and you can't afford it.” This is an age when order has collapsed. Here, tears won't buy bread, gender won't earn you privileges, and moral blackmail won't get you a grain of rice. The only pass is the value you can create. Lin Bei has only one thing to do: Drag the people still living in old dreams back to reality, one by one. Don't like it? Tough.
