Man in the Gap

When I died for the sixth time, I saw a dark shadow behind me. It turned its head and smiled at me, and then I lived. Someone is chasing me, saying that I will die in six chances; someone is looking for me, saying that I look exactly like the founder of the Observatory, and that dark shadow has already come out - standing in every mirror, getting closer and closer to the back of my head. It starts counting from 12, I'm done counting to 1, now it's 9. I don't know who it is, I don't know what it wants, I don't know why I'm still standing here after dying over and over again, but one thing I'm sure of - It was me before, and I will be it after.
