From retirees blocking the door to ask for housing subsidies, to furnace workers stopping work due to changes in salary dates; from workers being squeezed to a high intensity under the twelve-hour work system, to female worker Yang Chunlan being left disabled after her scalp was ripped off by a spool late at night - in every conflict, Huanghe tried to build a bridge of communication between management and workers.
