The long-lasting thoughts and goodwill between people are the best farewells in the world. In the continuous rainy season in the south of the Yangtze River, at the Weitang Cemetery in Jing'an, relic organizer Lin Xu was entrusted by Shen Huiru to completely remove all belongings of his daughter Jiang Yu who died of illness, leaving no trace. Throughout the whole process, I watched the mother and daughter of the Jiang family and the whole family struggle fiercely over "forgetting or retaining". Old objects triggered the trauma of Lin Xu's grandmother's death that had been buried for many years, and the long-standing mask of gentleness to the outside world and self-isolation to the inside was completely torn apart.
