Thought Cage

In 2158, human civilization has entered the era of "survival in the cloud". The global coalition government "Commonwealth" manages the thinking activities of all citizens through the "Skynet System". Everyone is implanted with a "thinking chip" from birth, and all thoughts, memories, and emotions are recorded and analyzed by the system. Social hierarchies are thus divided: those with high system scores enter the elite, while those with low scores are marginalized. Behind the seemingly perfect system, there is a huge secret hidden - human free will has long been quietly replaced by the system, and the so-called "freedom of thought" is nothing but a carefully designed illusion.
