Engineers Go from Doing Odd Jobs to Taking the Helm

In the civil engineering industry, hundreds of thousands of graduates enter the industry every year, but less than half can persist. Most of them don't have golden fingers or noble people from heaven. They just survive year after year on the construction site with sweat all over their bodies and calluses on their hands. This industry supports China's largest group of grassroots workers - migrant workers, technicians, construction workers, budgeters, and project managers. But there are too few good stories about them.
