Plague Fighter Wu Liande

It tells the legendary story of a plague that broke out in Northeast China at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. Wu Liande, a fifth-degree medical doctor from Cambridge, used his modern medical technology to fight resolutely against feudal superstition, Western authority, and Japanese and Russian forces, and finally effectively controlled the epidemic and became a "national scholar."
