The Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Jiang Wei's Tale

Zhuge Liang, the Marquis of Wu, mastered the art of war, excelled at governing, and understood the mysteries of fate. In the end, even he could not defy the sweeping tide of destiny.

As time and space shifted, the choice at Wuzhang Plains was quietly rewritten. On his deathbed, the Marquis entrusted the entire army to Wei Yan. Following his master’s military strategies, Wei Yan purged Yang Yi’s faction, secured the Hanzhong defenses, repelled Cao Wei’s forces dozens of times, and safeguarded Shu Han’s gateway.

Jiang Wei, who served under him, weathered hardship and steadily matured into a general capable of standing on his own. When Zhang Liao’s son led a massive Wei army into battle, Wei Yan fought to the death for his country.

With two generations of renowned generals now gone, Jiang Wei took up the banner of restoring the Han and stepped onto the turbulent stage of a chaotic age.

This is the sequel to Romance of the Three Kingdoms as I imagine it.
