Sea of Crimson Sin

Who says the night is not worth praising, Even when endless gloom fills our sight? The long night shelters all who have fallen, And blood carries away the fervor that has yet to cool. The long-sealed visage of an ancient Eastern palace, A benevolent god asleep in the depths of the earth. Three thousand years of grace scattered on the wind, Leaving only old steles carved with mournful glory. The Western wasteland buries the ruins of divine palaces, Broken pillars overgrown with wild thorny vines. Grudges drift through the twilight, And stars weep in the evening breeze. In the depths of the long night, only sin-red remains.
