Two gunshots outside the Royal Capital Theater changed the life of twelve-year-old Wayne. Six years later, young Wayne returned to Hong Kong Island. The huge Webster Group was being dismembered by British shareholders and local agents. Everyone was waiting for him, the heir who had been in exile for many years, to sign the sale of the family property. During the day, Wayne mediates with the board of directors, the police force and capital as the heir to the Webster Group; at night, he transforms into a "bat" and starts clearing accounts from the dock.
