Humanity once accidentally acquired Sephiroth - a substance that could be programmed to achieve anything possible. It ushered in an explosive leap in science and technology. Everything from urban buildings to precision devices could be shaped by sesame. Sesame programming soon became a required course for all mankind, and a golden age of near omnipotence began. But this power is a double-edged sword. Humans created powerful superhumans, which eventually triggered a war among their own species. After the tragic victory, mankind established an iron law: it is strictly forbidden to use source matter to create humanoid intelligent life. Only the orcs, who are docile and do not have human rights, are kept as pets. In order to purify the earth of pollution, humans have used source matter on a large scale, but it has caused irreversible backlash. The source matter is alienated into fine dust and spreads. It can evolve itself and assimilate all things. Later generations will call it "dirty". Life was almost wiped out in the catastrophe, the source of human survival was polluted, all survivors were assimilated, and civilization was completely destroyed. Filth will not actively attack the creations of the Essence, so the orcs shaped by the Essence survive. They slowly developed their own civilization based on the remains of human civilization and relying on the reconstructed filthy new ecology. The research institutes buried deep underground in the old world, the sleeping core of sefirot and the unawakened dreams are still quietly waiting to be touched again.
