I Edit Obscure Characters at the Edge of the Universe

Editing Obscure Characters at the Edge of the Universe The universe is a botched draft written in classical Chinese. If an obscure character in its outer reaches is written incorrectly, the corresponding plane collapses. I was a publishing-house proofreader who died from overwork, and the Edge Bureau recruited me to edit obscure characters. I corrected one wrong character, and an entire city fell into a well; I missed a dot in another, and everyone in the world found their feet hovering three inches off the ground. A hundred chapters in, I had edited my way deeper and deeper into this broken book, until I discovered that someone was deliberately erasing this universe.
