Quantum Observer

Physicist Evan discovered that the fate of the heat death of the universe is irreversible, but he found a glimmer of hope in quantum entanglement: changing the state of particles through observation may be able to restart the universe. But the price is to become an eternally lonely observer. When all human beings choose to upload their consciousness to the virtual heaven, he stays alone in the real universe. At the end of time and space, he looked into nothingness and chuckled: "If fate is the end point of entropy increase, I will become the first variable going upstream."
