The whole book is divided into two volumes: the Ming Dynasty volume (the first thirty-two chapters) and the modern volume, totaling about 720,000 words. Among them, the Ming Dynasty volume tells the story of the modern musician Siye Keke who suddenly arrived in the Ming Dynasty and established the "Tiantuo Shejimen" in Taohualing, the first of the strange gates in the south. With the idea of ​​"Xinlan Yajie, Daozong Tuoji" as the core, he led the Qin King of the sect to perform their duties, and had adventures in the gaps between the government and the public during the Jiajing period, gradually uncovering and destroying the evil forces that had been entrenched in the dynasty for many years.
