Graduates, Go Slay Demons

Humanity fled the northern wastelands and built towering walls that reached into the clouds, sealing away the dangers that had threatened their ancestors for thousands of years... And so, the world found peace. Then, one day, a thick fog swept over the walls and descended upon human cities. The dangers within gradually emerged, and humanity once again remembered the terror of being ruled by great demons. Great demons have arrived. This is the worst of times. The Martial Arts Era has begun. This is the best of times. Chen Yang grips his saber and stands atop the towering city wall, staring into the dangers concealed by the fog. “Who are you?” a voice asks from within the fog. Chen Yang raises the saber in his hand and answers from before a sea of lights: “I’m a high school graduate who missed the cutoff and didn’t get into college.”
