The Balance Abyss

"The Final Payment Abyss" tells the story of Lin Chen, the general contractor of the project, who after taking over the Binjiang Industrial Park project, encountered Party A's malicious deduction of the final payment and relied on wisdom and evidence to complete a desperate counterattack. In the end, the official ruled that the profit transfer commitment letter was invalid and required Huanyu Group to return 4 million yuan, and Lin Chen fully recovered the project payment and reasonable profits. The novel uses this project payment dispute to explain the importance of sticking to the bottom line, retaining evidence, and safeguarding rights in accordance with the law. It also reveals the survival wisdom of bottom-level practitioners to be patient and upright.
