Period Drama: I Wrote a Poem on Mount Tai, and It Was Livestreamed!

Zhang Muduan was reborn.

This parallel world was a little strange: Tang poetry, Song lyrics, music, chess, calligraphy, and painting were all nonexistent.

Luckily, he awakened a System. As long as he put on ancient clothes and acted out a classic character, he could earn rewards.

Dressed in flowing white, he played a tune on the guqin in his family’s old courtyard, planning to enjoy a quiet life.

Unexpectedly, a beautiful streamer passing by livestreamed the whole thing with a drone.

The internet erupted.

“Where did this immortal come from?”

Fake masters of Chinese culture, experts, and professors jumped in to grandstand for profit, viciously smearing him online.

Zhang Muduan couldn’t be bothered to respond.

Then the Mount Tai Culture Festival began, and the fake masters showed off their tricks at the Golden Summit.

Wearing a moon-white robe, Zhang Muduan took the unconventional route, scaling the sheer cliffs behind the mountain straight to the summit.

He raised his brush and began to write.

The poem “Viewing Mount Tai” appeared out of nowhere, its strokes carved three inches into the stone.

“One day I’ll scale the summit, and look down on all the other peaks!”

That day, viewers around the world were left dumbfounded.
