If Qin had not unified the six kingdoms, would China have disappeared? Or will it become something else? Qin guarded the western frontier, Chu occupied Jianghan, and Qi opened sea trade; Wu and Yue flourished in the south of the Yangtze River, barbarians from the north marched south, and merchant ships from the south sailed far away. Hundreds of schools of thought did not retreat, but became the laws, technologies, military tactics, philosophies, and beliefs of various countries. For two thousand years, there has not been a single "China" in this land, but there has been an unbroken "Zhuxia".
