At the Concert: One Song of Sorrow, and the Diva Turns into a Clown

Xie Ping'an transmigrates. When he opens his eyes, he's at a heavenly queen's concert in a parallel world. Before he's even sobered up, he's pulled onstage as a lucky guest.

Jiang Ruoyan hands him the microphone. "Then sing my song 'Clown.'"

"'Dissolve Your Sorrows'? Sure."

Jiang Ruoyan never imagined that she'd be so insulted at her own concert by a masked man: a double insult, both physical and psychological.

And now the paparazzi are speculating that he's her rumored boyfriend!

Don't think I can't catch you!

Xie Ping'an feels completely wronged. I really wasn't sober yet. How was I supposed to know this was a parallel world?

Enough talk. I've got a dating reality show to attend.

That's right. In his previous life, Mr. Xie was a top-tier all-round entertainer, but in this life he's just a naive and clueless college student.

Burdened with his family's debts, he wants to earn some extra cash, so an unscrupulous director lures him into the dating show "Heartflutter Observation Room: Setting Out in 2015!"

Observing mentor: Heavenly Queen Jiang Ruoyan

Female guest: Rising star Gu Lingtong

Women are so complicated. To avoid getting caught up in their tangled battle, Xie Ping'an chooses to stay out of it.

His instinctive resistance to the female guests makes him stick out like a sore thumb among the simps.

The director also starts to realize: How did this laid-back Xie Ping'an become the biggest driver of the show's ratings?
