Bright Sword: A New Recruit Arrives at the Uniform Factory

[No free equipment. No level suppression. Focus on captured spoils and development.]

Su Ping'an returned to an era ravaged by war!

He was ready to make a name for himself fighting the Japanese invaders and their puppet forces, but his commanding officer assigned him to work as a technician at a uniform factory.

The nation was lost, families were torn apart, and the land of China was engulfed in flames.

How could Su Ping'an allow himself to waste his life in a uniform factory?

Luckily, he met another unfortunate soul just like himself there.

The factory director was Li Yunlong.

What would happen when the unreliable Li Yunlong crossed paths with the bold and audacious Su Ping'an?

Li Yunlong confidently sent Xie Ping'an behind enemy lines to fend for himself and build up his own forces.

He never expected the guy to have an intelligence-exchange System.

[Hirata Ichiro is away on duty preparing for battle. Someone saw his mistress, Minako, invite a man into her room late at night. The man is suspected to be Liu Shuizi, a puppet-army battalion commander.]

[Two railcars guarded by heavy forces are suspected to be passing along the Beitongpu Line tonight.]

Li Yunlong looked at the Oerlikon 20 mm autocannons and rows of Type 92 machine guns in Su Ping'an’s warehouse, and suddenly understood the brigade commander.

The brigade commander must have felt the same way when he saw my cavalry battalion.

So which one of us is the regiment commander, me or him? Didn’t I only send him out six months ago?

How did he end up with so much equipment and so many men?

Su Ping'an! You black-hearted grub! Quietly amassing a fortune!

The brigade commander absolutely can’t find out about this firepower!

Su Ping'an: “Regiment commander, put down my cannon. You can take this can of corned beef instead.”
