Looking Back from the Abyss

Humanity passed the first stable wormhole "gate" and sent a pioneering fleet composed of seven scientific research starships to an Earth-like planet called "Eden" on the edge of the galaxy. They carry the hope of human civilization. After arriving in "Eden", the fleet suddenly completely lost contact with the earth, and all signals sank into the deep sea. Five years later, the "Gate's" monitor detected a familiar energy signal, and one of the fleets - the flagship "Hermes" - slowly sailed out of the "Gate" like a nightmare. It hovers at the entrance, as if hesitating.
