Record of the Journey to the West

The Taoist genius Huai Jin died mysteriously at the Enlightenment Banquet. A cinnabar mole "the finishing touch of heaven" appeared on his eyebrows, and the word "sinner" appeared on his palm. His brother Bingwen embarked on the westward journey with the relics and scraps of jade, picking up Jingshu, Zijin, and Jianjia along the way. The four gradually discovered that the so-called right path was actually a thousand-year lie; those who were denounced as evil spirits were the night watchmen abandoned by heaven.
