Path of Ashes

In 2030 AD, the Mount Calidoum erupted violently, and the world only regarded it as an ordinary natural disaster. A year later, all volcanoes around the world awakened, magma swallowed up cities, and volcanic ash covered the entire sky. Human beings were forced to flee to high ground, living above the clouds and hiding in places at extremely high altitudes where even breathing was costly. When the earth finally fell silent, the twelve selected people set off from the Himalayas and headed south, finding a temple that should not exist. They brought back twelve divine powers from the temple and mastered the ability to open doors to other worlds. Since then, mankind has relied on resources and creatures from other worlds to rebuild civilization on the ruins of the doomsday. Those twelve forerunners were praised from generation to generation and named as the original twelve. Hundreds of years later, the young man Lu Shiba was resurrected in the burial ground. His fate was actually tightly bound to these twelve divine powers, and his destiny was connected.
