Doomsday Douluo: I Set Out from Sun Moon City

After transmigrating to Douluo Dalu, Xu Chuan awakens the Purple Brilliant Heaven Destroying Dragon as his Martial Soul.

Before he can even celebrate, he looks around and sees only an apocalypse.

Rivers and seas have dried up, the earth is cracked, and it’s hard to find even a single living tree in the wasteland.

Weapons are controlled, tents and sleeping bags are luxuries, and Soul Tool batteries for heating, along with cigarettes and liquor, are hard currency.

Clean water has to be bought with spirit stones. A moldy ration is enough to make a drifter fight for their life. Lone scavengers die by the roadside with no one to bury them, while entire survivor villages are flattened overnight by beast hordes...

Nothing is more precious than staying alive.

Xu Chuan was born into the Xu family in Sun Moon City, with an Innate Soul Power of Level 6. He may not be a top talent, but he isn’t worried...

Because he knows for certain that the ultimate destination of Soul Tools is the sea of stars.

Later, Xu Chuan discovers that there are no empires here, only cities, bases, and villages.

Soul Beasts gather in the depths of several major restricted zones, and beast hordes strike frequently.

The number of people who awaken Martial Souls has fallen by 90 percent, and becoming a Soul Master is harder still.

As Xu Chuan explores again and again, he gradually uncovers the truth behind the apocalypse. Then Tang San stands before him with countless people at his side, pointing at Xu Chuan coldly.

“This world became an apocalypse because of you.”

“You have to die for Douluo Star to survive.”

Xu Chuan looks at the fixed Soul Cannon in his hand, then at the disfigured “Sea God.”

“Tang San, do you think I’m going to fall into the trap of having to prove myself innocent?”

“Sorry, I’ve read the original story. Besides...”

“Sea God? Asura God? The Divine Realm doesn’t even exist anymore. What are you pretending to be?!”

“Against the god-slaying fixed Soul Cannon I developed, you’re nothing.”
