Before the Border

"Before the Border" is about: In the era of civilization in the solar system, humans discovered a suspected primitive boundary coherent structure from the cosmic microwave background residuals on the far side of the moon. Around this weak anomaly, scientists, philosophers, engineers, capital institutions, public observers and the political system launched a long period of review, debate and restraint.
