Science Open Area

In 3098, human development reached a bottleneck. People can no longer use existing technology to build a more advanced civilization. Technology as the primary productive force no longer seems applicable to this era. At this time, a group of people appeared. People call them scientific madmen, a relic of the last century. This group of scientific lunatics proposed to the government to restart science and technology that had been prohibited from development and application in the past, and called this plan "technological renaissance."
