I Asked You to Summon a God, So Why Are You Dancing to Pure Land?

While everyone else awakened an S-rank ability at the apocalypse, he awakened a “Daoist.” After three years of gruelling cultivation, not a single talisman worked. The academy expelled him in front of everyone. The good news: on the verge of death, he finally activated his golden finger. The bad news: before he can summon a god, he has to complete a series of mortifying tasks. The first task: dance “Paradise” in front of a zombie. “System, are you serious? I'm an heir of Qingyun Temple! A paragon of otherworldly grace!” “Countdown: 9 minutes and 58 seconds. Fail to finish in time, and your consciousness will be erased~” “...Butterfly, ah, butterfly.” He finished the final beat, writhing on the lecture platform. The sky split open, and a hundred-zhang-tall giant spirit god cleaved the zombie horde in two with a single axe blow. The whole city was stunned. But that was only the beginning. Summoning the Giant Spirit God just takes a dance. To summon Erlang Shen, he has to bark like a dog in front of everyone. To summon the Matchmaker, he has to tie a red string around two zombies and make them fall in love on the spot, so they can gnaw on each other! To outsiders, he's an immortal descended to earth, an agent of the gods. To himself, he's a master of public humiliation, wishing he could die on the spot before every spell. Most unbelievable of all, lurking behind the zombies is an otherworldly evil god who imprisoned the Celestial Court of Huaxia. This socially anxious Daoist, forced to put on a show, is supposed to rebuild the Celestial Court alone and lead a hundred thousand divine soldiers to reclaim the land? Fine. He'd better get this barking task over with first.
