Pocahontas

She met a boy today - a boy she had known for a long time. She felt at ease and comfortable when she was by his side, like the stuffed chicks nestled together in a nest with their eyes narrowed and sleeping soundly under the warm spring sun. She and he didn't say much, but they seemed to say a lot, and there seemed to be a lot more to say. When she was with him, time became so slow and clear, like its slowly passing clear footprints floating in the air, but it was still not long enough.
