Nuo River

Before ancient times, there was no way to cultivate immortality. The human race eats hair, drinks blood, and competes for life with demons and ghosts. A great witch appeared, wearing a bronze mask and holding a peach wood sword, and danced on the top of Kunlun. After dancing for three days, blood rained from the sky. After dancing for seven days, golden lotuses emerged from the ground. After dancing for nine days, the great shaman cut his face with his sword, and the blood flowed to the ground, making a covenant with heaven and earth—— This covenant is called "Nuo". Now that the Nuo covenant has been established, the human race can use the Nuo ritual to borrow the power of heaven and earth. The person who wears the mask is the "Nuo noodle master", the dancer is the "Nuo dancer", the person who sings the mantra is the "Nuo singer", and the one who plays the drum is the "Nuo drummer". The four combined into one can invite gods, drive away ghosts, suppress evil spirits, and pray for good luck. In ancient times, the human race had no writing, no etiquette, only Nuo. Nuo is a kind of agreement. The covenant between man and heaven, the covenant between man and earth, the covenant between man and water, and the covenant between man and fire. Every Nuo promise requires a Nuo noodle, a Nuo ceremony, and a person who keeps the promise. The great witch made twelve Nuo covenants, transformed into twelve Nuo faces, and suppressed twelve kinds of disasters from heaven and earth. Wujiang River is the place where three of the Nuo Yues flow - Nuo Yue is not static, it flows like water, along the earth's veins, rivers and mountains, forming an invisible network between heaven and earth. This network is called "Nuo Vein". The place where the Nuo Vein flows is the Nuo Territory. The three thousand miles of Wujiang River are all Nuo territory, also known as Nuo River. In the Nuo realm, the Nuo covenant is still there, but the people who keep the covenant are gone.
