Building a City of Embers

The apocalypse is coming, zombies are running rampant, and the civilized order has collapsed. With no system, no rebirth, and no superpowers, Lin Chen, an ordinary office worker, was forced to embark on a road of survival in the bloody dawn. After rescuing Su Wan, the girl next door, the two supported each other and struggled to collect supplies amid the tide of corpses and desperate situations, just to find a place to stay. In the middle period, another mysterious and tough female survivor joins, and the three of them travel together to face the dangers of human nature and the threat of zombies. From living a small life to uniting people's hearts, Lin Chen, as a mortal, vowed to build a base on the wasteland to protect survivors, and to prop up a sky of survival in despair.
