A low-level errand boy, burdened with high-interest debt and the burden of his family, accidentally activates the "abnormal order dispatch system" in a modern city. By completing abnormal tasks that are more dangerous than each order, he gets money, abilities, and qualifications, and climbs all the way from the bottom into the serial world hidden in the dark side of the city.
