People in the world always think that suffering will have an end, but the darkness in their hearts never spreads silently. Trapped by emotions, entangled in hallucinations, and wrapped in self-denial, living in chaos and suffering day and night, unable to distinguish between reality and illusion, thinking that life has already collapsed and is hopeless. Being repeatedly pulled between collapse, struggle, loneliness and self-healing, confronting the inner pain, and reconciling with the broken self. Slowly learn to accept imperfections, embrace vulnerability, and find yourself little by little in the boundless confusion. The world is full of ups and downs, and the calamity of the heart can eventually heal itself. In this long practice of confronting myself, I don't care when salvation will arrive, I just want to get out of the fog, be kind to my soul, and live well.
