Legend of Hesheng

However, he always adhered to the belief of "treating people in a straightforward manner" and did not flatter the powerful or follow the crowd. He is famous for his gentlemanly demeanor of "sitting without chaos", impressing the princes with his integrity of "Cen Ding Zhi Debian", and educating the world with his wisdom of "harmony without difference". In the turbulent times of the Spring and Autumn Period when rituals collapsed and music collapsed, he spent his whole life practicing the idea of ​​"the use of rituals and the value of harmony". Whether in the court or in the countryside, he always maintained the character of a gentleman. The book starts from the birth of Liu Xiahui, and goes through his ups and downs in official career, traveling around the world, giving lectures and teaching apprentices, until his death at the age of 100.
