Quantum Ashes

In 2087, consciousness uploading achieved immortality, but caused the collective decay of mankind into "ashes". Lin Ling, the last quantum physicist who refused to upload, took the remaining heart fragments of his mentor and drove the Rusty Crow directly to the server under the ice of Europa. She wants to kill the "god" with her own hands, or be devoured by the god.
