This NPC Is Too Difficult to Lead

I became the probationary administrator of the high-dimensional sandbox. If 10 depth anchors cannot be collected in 72 hours, the consciousness will be formatted by the system. But this group of NPCs are just waiting and watching, and the local old forces are still making trouble every day. The rules are still locked: no use of force, no robbing, no illegal intervention.
