Infrastructure Mania in Troubled Times

This outline focuses on Du Ling's desperate survival after traveling through time and the difficult establishment of "Xin'antun". From a dying refugee to winning her first followers, she used modern knowledge to solve survival crises (making fire, purifying water, and simple medical treatment), and chose an abandoned village as her base. By firing raw cement to build the first low wall and improving agricultural tools to reclaim wasteland, we initially gained a foothold. Internally, she established a preliminary charter of work-for-relief and collective labor, and encountered questions about gender and authority; externally, the first robbery by Montenegro bandits and the coveting of local tycoon Zhou Shoucai followed one after another.
