Material Abyss

In 2345 AD, the solar system no longer belongs to humans. An unknown alien substance called "grey matter" has arrived. It does not swallow flesh and blood or interfere with consciousness, but it is more desperate than death. It devours "structures" - any inorganic matter, from concrete to alloys, will be analyzed, assimilated, and reorganized into incomprehensible alien buildings or killing weapons in an instant. The last bastion of human civilization is built behind high walls and relies on high-frequency vibration weapons to survive. Lu Chen, once the feared ace pilot of the "Star Knights", is now just a decadent scavenger in the wasteland of District 9. By chance, he dug up something deep in the ruins that shouldn't exist - a gray matter core showing a perfect geometric shape. This violates the iron law of disorderly growth of gray matter, implying that there is an unimaginable advanced mechanical will behind this metal plague. When the gray matter begins to "think", when the scrap iron reignites the will to fight. Lu Chen must hold the joystick again, drive the dilapidated mecha named "Anvil", break through the iron curtain of the abyss constructed by matter, and face the designer who pushed the world to destruction. This is a hard-core epic about steel and survival. There is no telepathy, only the collision of metal and the annihilation of matter.
