Great Qin: My Father Is Ziying, and I'll Help Him Become Emperor

The good news: I transmigrated, and I'm no ordinary commoner. I'm a descendant of the imperial clan, a scion of the Ying house of Great Qin: Ying Jin. The bad news: Hu Hai has taken the throne, and Great Qin is doomed! The good news: I'm not a brother of Hu Hai, the Second Emperor of Qin, so I'm not on the list of his siblings to be eliminated. The bad news: My father is Prince Ying Ziying of Qin. According to history, he took the throne for just over forty days, surrendered the capital, and was killed along with his entire family by Xiang Yu. The good news: There's still ten months until Ziying surrenders the capital in the history books. There's a slim chance of survival. The bad news: Zhao Gao's power is at its peak, and he sets his sights on me on my very first day attending court with my father. The good news: I get a surprise open-book test. Zhao Gao points to a deer and calls it a horse, so I echo the official answer: “A horse! This is a horse, a truly peerless steed, seen once in a hundred years!” The bad news: Zhao Gao says, “Those who call a deer a horse are obedient subjects, so spare them. Only Ying Jin, Ziying's son, seems to be feigning obedience when he calls a deer a horse. Kill him.” Ying Jin: Since I have come, this realm is mine. The Qin dynasty shall endure, and Heaven's mandate shall return. I shall wield my spear to restore Qin, cross the four seas and bring the realm to heel; carry on the First Emperor's ambition and reunite Huaxia.
