Journey to the West: My Master Is Tang Seng

The story begins in 2026, the year of the Bingwu Horse. Gao Sheng, the editor of the publishing house, died unexpectedly while working overtime to revise and annotate "Journey to the West". His soul passed through and became the son of a tenant of Gao Laozhuang. He soon discovered that the world of Journey to the West did not completely follow the original work - Zhu Bajie had good and evil clones, Sha Monk had three souls unified into one, and behind the scenes was the terrifying force "Black Wind Mountain" that did not exist in the original work. In order to survive and gain opportunities, Gao Sheng relied on his familiarity with the context of the original work to join the team of scripture collectors and became Tang Monk's accompanying recorder. From the White Tiger Ridge's wise battle with the Bone Demon, to Wuzhuang Temple's solution to the framed mystery; from the Flame Mountain's fight against the demonized Bull Demon, to the Shituo Ridge's face-to-face confrontation with the Black Wind Old Demon's true form - Gao Sheng gradually grew from a bystander to an indispensable companion. He took ginseng fruit and obtained the body of a semi-immortal, licensed the Demon Mirror to suppress the remaining souls of evil spirits, and purified the evil souls in a mortal body at the foot of Lingshan Mountain, thus reversing the catastrophe of the Three Realms. However, when the merits of studying the scriptures are complete, the Bodhisattva makes a cruel choice: return to the ordinary world, or stay in this world to inherit the unfinished cause and effect. Gao Sheng resolutely chose the latter, but learned that the "devil seed" of Black Wind Old Demon had invaded his original world. Carrying the merits of studying scriptures and the cultivation of a half-immortal, he embarked on the road back home and faced the final test - to protect everything he cherished in the world he is familiar with.
