Don't Panic, It's Normal

Lin Yi has always felt that the world is a bit too quiet. Until one evening in his senior year of high school, he discovered a cold gray handprint printed on the campus ivy; a line of red words appeared out of thin air in his notebook at midnight, welcoming him to "the other side of the world"; and the man with black-rimmed glasses on the street corner who was always looking down at his mobile phone seemed to always be able to "fix" the daily life that was about to collapse before an abnormality occurred. Only then did he realize that the city he lived in had an invisible "peacekeeping" system.
