Project Galactic: Tides of Nothingness

In 2742 AD, human beings have colonized 23 star systems, but a "dark matter storm" (tide of nothingness) is swallowing up all physical matter - stars are extinguished, planets are disintegrating, and physical laws are invalid. Human beings are forced to launch the "Galaxy Project". When the material world collapses, how can humans use "memory" to reconstruct civilization?
