Story background **Time**: In the near future, the earth's resources are exhausted, the environment is deteriorating, and human civilization is on the verge of collapse. **Event**: An unknown virus outbreak (or alien invasion, climate mutation, etc.) Caused 90% of the world's population to die or mutate, and the remaining humans struggled to survive in the ruins. **Worldview**: -Virus mutants (or alien creatures) occupy cities, and humans retreat to the wilderness or underground shelters. - Resources are extremely scarce, and survivors are divided into different camps: military, scientists, civilian gangs, church organizations, etc. -The "Dawn Base" where the protagonist is located is one of the few remaining human strongholds, but it is full of internal contradictions.
