The Curse on the Pole

Wang Dashu, a rural man, has been shaped by his father's rough philosophy that "the fist is the truth" since his childhood. When he went to the city to make a living, he was beaten in a conflict and used a pole to defend himself. However, he lost control of his strength and seriously injured others. His fate fell into the abyss. Years later, when he was running through an unfamiliar hospital system to help his seriously ill wife, the violent laws he relied on for survival were once again ignited by despair. And the attending doctor was the son of the person he accidentally injured.
